Project Management Professional (PMP®) Exam Preparation

Essential Project Manager is preparing professionals to pass the PMP® exam.

The Project Management Institute (PMI) through its Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) establishes a set of standards that are widely used to structure project world wide.  Essential Project Manager supports PMI in prepping individuals for the PMP® examination.

This workshop is customized to each student and combined structured self study with one-on-one instruction.  Students world wide are accepted into the program and the use of virtual communication techniques are used to maximize the effectiveness of this distance learning experience.

Students local to North Carolina have the opportunity for in person instruction.

Essential Project Manager is partnering with Tanden, LLC for course material and uses the Crosswind Learning PMP® Exam Success Series: Bootcamp Manual.

The Seminar includes 100 hours of learning.  40 are hands on with an instructor (in person or virtual) and 60 self study based on a specific learning plan customixed for the student.
